Selling on BizBuy
This is the actual sequence in the product. Nothing goes live until you publish it, and your confidential material is released only to a buyer whose offer you accepted.
Register and fill in the structured listing: headline, asking price, revenue, net profit, lease, headcount. Identity verification (KYC) is available to you and to buyers, and you can require it before anyone contacts you.
Your trade licence and last year’s figures are all it takes to publish. P&L, balance sheet, lease, contracts and photos can be added whenever you like. They are not shown on the listing: they stay in your data room, seen by a buyer only in due diligence, after you accept their offer.
Buyers message you, with KYC first if you require it. To make an offer a buyer must have signed the platform NDA. Once you accept a signed offer, that one buyer gets your executive summary, media and data room. The sale agreement is drafted and signed here too.

For buyers and investors
Every listing carries the same structured fields: revenue, net profit, asking price and the return they imply. Behind them sit the statements and trade licence, opened to you in due diligence.
Find out in 2 minutes. Free, and nobody contacts you unless you ask.
UAE investment landscape
Committed money, not browsing interest. UAE greenfield FDI hit a record in 2025 — and on the most reliable measure, the number of projects, the UK, India and the US lead the field.

Questions
Not from us. Your photographs, executive summary and data room open only to a buyer whose signed offer you accepted, and that buyer has signed the platform NDA. Your business name and address have their own visibility level: public, KYC, NDA or accepted offer, as you choose.
A headline, an asking price, last year’s revenue and net profit, and your trade licence. Everything else, from the executive summary to the P&L, lease and photos, can be added later and raises your listing’s completeness score when it is.
Listing, messaging and the initial confidential valuation are free, on both sides, with no paywall after a set number of messages. If a sale completes, the seller pays 3.5% of the sale price — no minimum, and buyers pay nothing.
Nobody until you accept an offer. Documents you upload sit in the listing’s data room. A buyer who has signed the platform NDA can make a non-binding offer on the public figures. When you accept their signed offer, and approve their proof of funds if you require one, the data room opens to that buyer alone.
A structured offer a buyer submits: price, payment structure, valuation basis and conditions, produced as a letter both sides sign. It commits nobody to the sale. It is the step that moves a conversation into due diligence, and you accept, counter or decline it here.
You can publish the same day your headline, price, last-year financials and trade licence are in. After that it depends on your business and your price. Running offers, diligence and closing inside one platform removes the months that normally leak away between inboxes, lawyers and shared drives.
Yes. Loss-making, break-even and turnaround businesses sell in this market, often to a buyer who wants the licence, the lease, the team or the customer list. What kills those deals is a seller hiding the problem until diligence. Put it on the record and price it in.
